Refund policy

 

All orders can be fully refunded before shipping. A shipping confirmation email is always sent upon shipment.

Returned orders can be considered for refund if intact, please refer to shipping policy.

In case of a return before shipping, full order amount will be returned.

In case of full return after shipping, the shipping costs will be withheld, with the amount paid for order items fully returned. A full return can be initiated within 14 days after receiving the order. Shipping costs for order returns are to be paid by the customer.

Import fees, taxes, fares, or tariffs are not subject to return.
