Shipping Means

All items are shipped using Ukrainian state postal service (Ukrposhta), as a registered international parcel.

Shipping Terms

All orders are dispatched by the band members, with no label, management company or fulfillment agent working on them. That means, if the band is currently on tour, all orders will be dispatched after the tour ends. Shipping may also be affected during vacation periods, holidays or sick leaves.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. After that moment it will take up to a few weeks to get to you.

If the shipping email didn't contain a tracking number, please feel free to contact the band for it, we definitely have one.

If you have stated your mobile phone number during the checkout process, we will include it on the parcel so your local postage service will be able to contact you using mobile and/or SMS.

All orders are subject to customs clearance following rules and laws of the final delivery country. Customer is fully liable of clearing import duties and taxes with their respective customs office and/or postage company before or upon the final delivery.

Lost Orders

All orders are shipped with a tracking code, and are trackable worldwide except the UK and Germany due to Royal Mail's and DHL's internal policies. The band doesn't take any responsibility in a lost or stuck order, or an order with an expired tracking code.

Should the mail service have your order lost, stuck at one place or its tracking expired, please contact your local mail service, we have no control over it whatsoever.

Returned Orders

Should we receive a returned order, we will contact you on that matter right away. 

If the order has been returned due to a mistake on our side (address or customs information error, invalid recipient, etc), we will be happy to re-send your order, free of charge.

If the order has been returned upon non-receiving or inability of your local postage provider to set up the delivery to you, we will contact you to organise a paid re-send.

Якщо ви бажаєте замовити доставку Укрпоштою, виберіть відповідну опцію під час оформлення замовлення.

Якщо ви бажаєте отримати замовлення Новою Поштою, будь ласка, внесіть своє ім'я та прізвище українською, а також номер відділення у вашому місті замість адреси.

Якщо ви бажаєте замовити доставку Укрпоштою, виберіть відповідну опцію під час оформлення замовлення.

Якщо ви вибрали опцію доставки Новою Поштою, але ввели адресу, ми зв'яжемося з вами для коректного оформлення доставки.
